We concentrated on creating an environment that would help the customer see all that Orange Tree had to offer. Floor finishes change throughout the store, de-marking different zones whilst the central run of bespoke units provide both display and storage.
As our relationship with the client developed we all agreed that the new store opening gave us a unique opportunity to introduce a new corporate identity. The identity needed to reflect the contemporary nature of the business and its products. It seemed a little obvious at the time to represent the business with an orange tree symbol but in the end we found a solution - made up of the O and T of the business name - that could be developed into patterns for wrapping paper, abstracted on bags and used within the store as striking wall graphics.
A distinct and ownable graphic style ensured advertising had maximum stand out
