The redundant structures were used for storage and were deteriorating rapidly when our client saw them advertised for sale. Pocknell Studio had achieved planning permission previously and were approached to continue the work and completed the task in 2016.
The buildings have three and four bedrooms respectively, and some full height spaces as a reminder of the stature of these graceful farm structures. Landscape was also part of the brief and although augmented by the present owners it sets the fine structures in a new and sympathetic environment. The project took 15 months to complete by DNPS Builders to an extremely high standard.
